Our staff

All Our staff are trained to the highest standards and DBS checks are compulsory for all the team members in the organisation.

Our rigorous recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.

They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an QCF II in Health and Social Care.

We aim to achieve excellence in providing care services that match or even surpass our clients' expectations.
